Thank you for considering Eurest Catering at MillerCoors for your event. It is our goal to provide our clientele with innovative menus and distinguished service for a memorable experience. Our menus are guidelines to assist you in selecting catering for your event. We constantly research, taste and serve new menu items to provide the best for our valued customers. Please discuss custom, seasonal and specialty menu design with your sales person.

Menu Planning: To serve you in the best possible manner, please follow the lead times on the catering website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time. Because good things take time, please give us at least 72 hours to successfully fulfill your event needs. We understand that last minute orders occur, and as always, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your catering and event needs.

Guarantees: Please let us know your final number of participants at least 3 business days prior to the event to ensure that enough food is prepared. If the final count is not received, we will consider the number indicated on the original order as the guarantee. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the deadline and your billing will be based on the final guarantee. If the number of guests is higher than your final guarantee, we will charge accordingly.

Delivery Charges: All service is FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise noted. If the event is off-site, delivery charges may apply.

Payment Policy: Ordering from Eurest Catering is both easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secured server. Our online ordering servers are hosted by CaterTrax, which has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. We use encryption technology to protect your sensitive personal information stored on our servers and while being transmitted over the Internet. Your information is always stored in this fashion and is never transferred without encryption.

Cancellation Policy: We would like 24 hour advance notification of cancellation - we may be able to cancel any orders if we have not completed the order. If there are costs incurred as a result of your cancellation, client will be billed for those costs and not the entire cost of the event. Please call us to cancel a last minute order. Do not email or fax last minute cancellations. Clients must speak directly to one of our catering coordinators; any message to a staff member or on our voice mail is not a valid cancellation. Any late changes (less than 24 hours) to an original order can be made online by logging in to your account. Late order changes may not be fulfilled - it depends on our kitchen schedule that day. Your changes are not confirmed until we have contacted you either by email or a phone call from our event coordinators to confirm your changes.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a tax letter with first order.

Flowers, Linen and China: Flowers, linen, and china service are available by request and at an additional charge.

Additional Fees: We are here to serve your caterings needs M-F. We do require our standard 72 hour notice for late afternoon and evening caterings to ensure that we can properly staff the event with additional labor charges. Any event after 5:00 p.m. without 72 hour prior notice will incur overtime labor charges. All weekend catering will incur overtime labor charges. Any catering before 6 am or after 4 pm may incur a delivery or pick up fee due to catering operating hours.

Service Items: All service includes one table runner for events in NOB or Executive floors. One Linen will be included with catering events where a 6 ft. or 8 ft. table is provided. All menus include black foam plates, fork, knife, paper napkin, serving spoons, & tongs as well as the appropriate condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, sugars, creamers, butter, etc.)

Tablecloth – Linen Rental for registration or tables not used for catering service.

Linens with Prints or Colors other than white are priced at the time of request.

Standard Service Ware is Black Foam and Plastic utensils

Service with Scroll Ware (upscale clear plastic plates and silver plastic utensils) $1.00 per person Service with China based on cost of rental
